Here are the results for the Poll I have been running since the end of the 2007 regarding which position you the Fan think the Lions should draft with their #1 choice in the 2008 NFL Draft.

So we the Fans think the Lions should take an Offensive Lineman, Defensive Back or maybe even a Running Back with their 1st Pick.
Of course so much mis-information is put out by the NFL front offices this time of year because they don’t want anybody to take the player they want for their team. Your ‘Lion Eyes’ blogger thinks they better take an Inside Linebacker or Defensive Lineman to help improve their 2007 NFL ranked 32nd defense.
Here is who ESPN Draft Expert Mel Kiper has as his top 5 prospects at each position the Lions might draft. Note I did not include Wide Receiver. If GM Matt Millen selects another Wide Receiver with this year’s #1 Pick, I will resign as Your ‘Lion Eyes’ blogger.
