Your ‘Lion Eyes’ blogger has put the Local Detroit Media selections for the game on Sunday against the GreenBayPackers in this post. I have also included the ESPN expert’s picks and MSNBC’s Jay Novacek’s choice. At the end of the post I offer my choice for the game.
Here is what I found in the Local Detroit Media.

Mitch Albom: Green Bay
Nicholas J. Cotsonika: Green Bay
Drew Sharp: Green Bay
Here are the Picks from ESPN and MSNBC.

The ESPN experts unanimously chose the Packers to end the Lions season badly.
Source: Jay Novacek MSNBC
Jay picks the Packers to beat the Lions by only playing a good 1st half:
The Packers should win, and it’s important for them to get off to a good start to get the taste of last week’s loss out of their mouths.
Green Bay will rest some starters, but they will play a real good first half and will win.
- Your ‘Lion Eyes’ blogger’s pick
I think this will be a game where the Packers come out strong moving the ball through the short passing attack and running the ball well with RB Ryan Grant. After Green Bay goes to the bench and the Lions see 3rd string QB Craig Nall they might have some hope. Detroit as you know does not play well on the road and especially in Green Bay. I figure Green Bay 24 and Detroit 17 to end the season for the Lions at 7-9.
