Your ‘Lion Eyes’ blogger has put the Local Detroit Media selections for the game on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys in this post. I have also included the ESPN experts picks and MSNBC’s Jay Novacek’s choice. At the end of the post I offer my choice for the game which usually is not worth much. Not suprising is the fact that the Cowboys are the overwhelming choice to easily best the Lions.
Here is what I found in the Local Detroit Media.
Source: Detroit News
Mike O’Hara: Dallas
Source: Detroit Freep Press
Mitch Albom: Dallas
Nicholas J. Cotsonika: Dallas
Drew Sharp: Dallas
Here are the Picks from ESPN and MSNBC.

The ESPN crew all picked the Cowboys. Not surprising as the Cowboys just have too much for the Lions to handle.
Source: Jay Novacek MSNBC
Jay picks the Cowboys this week after taking the Lions the last 2 weeks. I guess he learned his lesson the hard way.Â

I just don’t see anyway the Lions can win this game. I make it unanimous, Dallas wins and covers 38-10. Next for the Lions is a trip to the West Coast to Play the San Diego Chargers at Qualcomm Stadium.Â

typical lions they dont have the character to stop a team from going 83 yards in 2 minutes.shuan rogers cant keep his fat out of shape butt on tne field. once again they are out of the playoffs when they were givin every oppurtunity to win games. marinelli should have been fired before he got off the field . with matt millen right behind him .I have been a Lions fan my whole life 46 years 1 playoff win. they will not make a committment to win as long as people fill the stadium. stop supporting the team stop going to games and if they start to lose money they might get rid of millen and make a committment to win.
John, thanks for your comment. My thought during the game was: How can they play this well after playing so bad against the Giants and Vikings. Also I just knew kicking Field Goals when they needed TDs was going to hurt. With the Lions schedule, the playoffs were an unrealistic hope after they lost to the Cardinals and Giants.
