The ESPN crew ended up with only Chris Mortensen and Ron Jaworski picking the Cardinals with the remaining 6 experts taking the Lions to get to a 4 game winning streak and be 7-2.

Jay picks this game as his Upset Special and is taking the Cardinals to win. 

The Cardinals defense will rise up and slow down the Lions. Detroit hasn’t faced much adversity this season and will struggle when they fall behind.

If you read yesterday’s post you know that your ‘Lion Eyes’ blogger believes the Cardinals will prevail in the Valley of the Sun. Probably a very close game that the Cardinals win at the end 31-27. Once again I sincerely hope I am wrong and somehow the Lions beat the Cardinals and come back to Detroit with a 4 game winning streak and a 7-2 record and be near the top of the NFC. Next week Detroit is at home to play the New York Giants who face the Dallas Cowboys in an important NFC East matchup at the same time the Lions are playing the Cardinals.
