Chicago Bears are favored by 3 points to defeat the Detroit Lions. Your ‘Lion Eyes’ blogger gave you great advice last week, remember I posted the Eagles would not only win but would cover. I am thinking this is a game that both teams are desperate to win. The Bears must win to keep within striking distance of the Packers. The Lions, I think must win to save their season that started so promising. I say that because it is very unlikely they will go to Washington next week and defeat the Redskins as they have never won in D.C. This will be a very difficult game for both teams. If you are a ‘player’ best to lay off this game. So many injuries for the Bears and the Lions are at home but struggling mightily defensively. The Bears can’t generate any offense but have a new QB that has beaten the Lions in the past. I think somehow the Lions will prevail but barely. Attribute it to the Super Bowl Hangover the Bears must have. Of course it might be the Bears get a big lift from new QB Brian Griese and easily win. You just can’t tell. Like I said lay off. Comeback tomorrow for the NFL Week 4 Game Preview on this site. Also head over to Chicago Bears and see what Winnie thinks about the outcome.
